If you were buying this condo could you move some of those walls or do you think they are hard coded given the cement construction?

Good question. Typically you can move walls in a condominium as long as you are mindful of the mechanical chases and electrical. However, as this is a new condominium it wouldn’t make much sense from a real estate value point of view to spend the money doing it. Much better to avoid buying this unit and finding one that is better designed.
