Hello John, Matthew, and Slow Homers near and far,
On this first day of winter, and in the spirit of the festive season, I would like to offer this suggestion of an additional section for the Slow Home Checklist.
I hope the jpegs are legible – no red-lining, please.
Safe travels and happy holidays.

Murray! Hilarious! I love the “Christmas triangle” concept and the “falsely labelled” tree! Oh man, you must have worked hard on this and it’s fabulous! Really captured the Slow Home holiday season. Congratulations and Merry Christmas to you and yours! (also loved: Note the guest bath off the living room! Har!)
Whenever I have been looking for a new home or digs, I know I like the place when I start to think: where would I put the Xmas tree? Sold!!
Thanks a lot for this.

Murray,
What can I say.
This is hilarious. Also more than a bit scary as you have managed to almost perfectly mimic my writing style.
Thank you for all of your involvement over the course of the past few months and I look forward to working with you, and everyone else, in the new year.

Hello everyone
Murray, your addition to Slow Home Checklist made my day. The layout and writing are spot on. Learning and fun are combined here.
Thanks to John and Matthew for being so dedicated to making the site work — travel to Los Angeles, London, Barcelona barely interrupt the flow of daily videos. Even when you’re recovering from sickness and jet lag you’re enthusiastic.
Cheers everyone
I have a lopsided Christmas triange to repair.

Murray,
Thanks for the hilarious take-off! I agree that the Christmas tree-tv-fireplace triangle is a hoot! I have a living room very like the pitfall shown, with an angled fireplace, but at least I have the furniture placed far enough back from that fireplace that Santa can easily access the tree on the other side of the TV unit. (It was grown on our acre, and I usually leave the jolly elf a couple of non-fat rum balls…)
Cheers!

It’s Saturday Jan 2nd and we’ve survived another Christmas and New Years Eve.
Murray, that’s awesome. A great way to start off 2010 and a new season of the Slow Home.
