I’m generally not a fan of townhouses as living spaces given that they usually don’t have a good connection to the outdoors. This place has a nice sized deck, but it’s overlooking the driveway. It’s always disappointing too when end units don’t take real advantage of the opportunity. The end elevation on this one would reveal just how little thought went into it.
Nonetheless, this plan isn’t too bad. Moving the fireplace is a great idea, as is removing the linen closet and second sink upstairs. Overall, an OK plan.
