Vista Dunes Courtyard Housing is an 80 unit LEED™ Platinum development of affordable single family houses that will house more than 300 low income residents on a 9.5 acre site located in La Quinta, California. The 1,159 sq.ft. unit was voted by our online community as the best designed Slow Home from the 132 Single Family Houses analyzed in Los Angeles for the Slow Home Project. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level and received a Slow Home Test Score of 17/20.

The La Quinta Redevelopment Agency, “established in 1983, implements numerous economic development, infrastructure, and public facility initiatives to address economic and physical blight.
