968 Queen Street is a 4 unit mixed use townhouse development located just west of central downtown Toronto. Unit 2 was voted by our online community as the best designed Slow Home from the 156 Townhomes analyzed in Toronto for the Slow Home Project. It is a three storey 2,077 sq.ft. two bedroom, three bathroom townhome unit and received a Slow Home Test Score of 18/20.

Alan Littlewood Architect is a Toronto based architecture practice. The firm is committed to creating carefully considered contextually based urban buildings. They received an Ontario Association of Architects Landmark Award for their work developing the St. Lawrence neighborhood of Toronto.

MJI Developments is a local Toronto development and construction company. The firm undertakes small redevelopment projects in the west end of Toronto and likens itself to an urban dentist – slowly filling in the gaps between existing buildings and infrastructure.
