In the conclusion of this week’s “From Fast to Slow” segment, John and Matthew show the adjustments they would make to the main floor of a 2500 sq.ft. single family home.

    That’s nice but where am I going to put my big flat screen TV?

    In my idea for this space I would design the fireplace hearth as an asymmetrical low millwork block that was also able to store a PVR and DVD player and place the TV on top of this ledge to right of the fireplace. I like it when the TV’s are low – similar in height to the fireplace units.
